When will I receive my order

Once your order is successfully submitted, it is processed the following business day. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information, along with an estimated delivery date.

You should receive your order within 3-5 business days. Packages are not shipped nor delivered on weekends and local public holidays.

Please note that our delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of our control.

How do I track my order

Within 1-2 business days of placing your order you will receive an e-mail from our logistical partner containing your package’s tracking information.

To track your package, simply use the tracking number provided and link to our partner`s website

I have ordered my product, but it has not been delivered yet

If you have received your Tracking Number, we urge you to contact our logistics partner in the first instance. They have the most accurate information on the status of the delivery.

If you have not received your Tracking Number, please contact us and we will look into this for you immediately.

I need to change/cancel my order

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email to support@iguazu.world

If we are unable to process the requested cancellation immediately, usually because the package has already been shipped, we will contact our courier to have the package returned to our warehouse.

Only once the package has returned to our warehouse, will we be able to process the cancellation.

 

Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change the ordered products or the quantity selected.

In this situation, we suggest you to contact us and cancel the incorrect order.

Thereafter, we recommend you to place a new order on our website, with the correct item(s), at your own convenience.

I need to change the address of my order

If you need to change your address, please contact us immediately via email to support@igauzu.world stating your order number, correct address and contact details and we will try to help you asap.

What are your shipping costs

Free standard shipping is provided by Iguazu when purchasing a timepiece.

Although standard shipping is free, you may be subject to, but not limited to: VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country.

If your order has been placed to a country outside the European Union, in which we do not ship domestically (Hong Kong and China) Iguazu does not charge you any VAT/taxes when placing your order. You are instead subject to paying taxes to the local customs in your country. The deduction of VAT from your order is made at the product page or in the checkout on our website. Kindly note that Iguazu is unable to advise if you will pay taxes locally or any potential amount that you will be charged.

Do you deliver to my country

We ship to all countries listed in our order page. If you live in a different country than those stated, please contact us at support@iguazu.world so we can see what we can do to help you.

Do you gift wrap orders

We currently do not gift wrap our products yet. In case we see an increase in demand for gift wrapped items we will certainly consider offering this service

My order is a gift, can you send it without the invoice

There is no invoice included in the package when it is delivered.

Should you wish to have an invoice included in your order, simply contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Please note that for orders to countries outside the EU, US, Hong Kong, India and China, Iguazu is required by law to include commercial invoices in the shipment to state the shipment’s value. The order cannot be delivered without this invoice.

How can I make sure my order has been placed successfully

We have several verification stages when customers place an order, this is done to provide our customers with the highest level of security.

If your order is successful, you should within the next 10 minutes receive an order confirmation via the e-mail address provided by you at the checkout page. If not, please contact us at support@iguazu.world so we can assist you in this matter.

Returns and exchange

What is your return policy

You have the right to return the products you have purchased on our website within 30 days of ordering them.

The product(s) must be unused – in the original packaging with all labels and protective stickers intact – and in original condition as delivered.

How do I return my order

If you wish to return your product please contact us via email at support@iguazu.world for return instructions.

 

TERMS:

Please note you will need to send back your order within 30 days of ordering it. Iguazu will not accept any returns after this period. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Kindly note that we do not offer the service of exchanging your items. If you wish to receive an exchange, please send back your order and place a new one at your own convenience. Any offer or campaign offered during the original purchase will still be honored when placing a new order – please contact us for more information. 

When will I get my refund

Once your returning package has been received at our warehouse, it is processed and inspected before we proceed to approve the respective return.

It must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact – and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.

If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued for your order. Once a refund is issued on our system, you can expect it to be visible in your account within 5-10 business days.

Can I exchange my product?

Kindly note that we do not offer a direct exchange service.
Please note that you must return your items within 30 days of receiving them. The products must be unused and in original condition – in their original packaging with all labels and protective stickers intact. If you wish to receive different products, we invite you to place a new order on our website at your convenience.

Warranty and repair

What is the warranty on my watch

Our timepieces are made according to the high-quality standards of Iguazu. Nonetheless, your watch is covered by our limited warranty against any defects in manufacturing; this includes the watch movement, indexes, dial, and hands.

The warranty for a Iguazu timepiece is valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. Upon expiration of the warranty period, any repairs will be subject to a service charge.

Other parts that are not listed above are not covered by this warranty. If the product is returned during the warranty period, Iguazu will repair or replace any defective watch or watch-part, at no additional expense, within a reasonable time, after the product is returned. However, the customer may be subject to the costs of shipping the product.

Iguazu does not honor any warranty claims that are not accompanied by the original documentation.

Iguazu will not honor any warranty claims for watches purchased from an unauthorized retailer.

If you experience any damage to your watch that is considered to be covered by our warranty, you can contact our customer service team by emailing to support@igauzu.com. To ease and expedite the process, please include the following info when contacting us:

– Order number (If your watch is a gift you will need to contact the person who purchased it for you to receive the proof of purchase)

– Pictures of the watch and the damage

– Receipt (If your watch was purchased from an authorized reseller who you are unable to contact directly)

What is not covered in your warranty program

The Iguazu Warranty does not cover:

  • Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster
  • Failure or damage caused by improper use, carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal/glass, etc.), or accidents
  • Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
  • Esthetical changes, defects, and damages due to normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. minor scratches on the case and/or crystal, altercation of the watchband and peeling of the plating, etc.)
  • Battery, wristband, crown, or crystal/glass.

Iguazu does not honor any warranty claims that are not accompanied by the Original receipt or invoice.

How does your lifetime warranty program work

When ordering your product you can apply for a lifelong warranty program for as little as €30 (to be added at check-out). In case you already have your product, but would like to include the lifetime warranty, please contact us directly via the email to support@iguazu.world.

How long is the battery life, what kind of battery do you use

We use a very high quality Miyota Super 2035 battery that should last at least four years , depending on external factors such as, but not limited to: external temperature, humidity, air pressure, etc.

How do I change the battery

Please go to a trusted jewellery shop or counter where an expert can change our iota battery while also ensuring the watch remain waterproof.

My watch isn´t working, what should I do

Please set the time to 12:00 sharp and check that the crown is pushed in, completely, against the watch case. Wait 15 minutes to see if the minute hand has moved.

If this does not resolve the issue, kindly contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

What are the terms and conditions for repairs

If you purchased your timepiece from an Iguazu reseller, to obtain reparation or replacement of your watch under its warranty, please contact the authorized retailer or service provider from where it was originally purchased.

If you purchased your timepiece from duty free and/or travel retail, such as – but not limited to – inflight, airport, cruise, etc. please contact us and we will assist you, directly, to the best of our ability.

If you purchased your timepiece directly from our website, and feel it is a matter of warranty, kindly contact us and we will assist you, directly, to the best of our ability.

Kindly note, the Iguazu Warranty does not cover:

Which payment methods do you accept

Iguazu accepts MasterCard, Visa, PayPal and iDeal.

All available payment options for each country are displayed at the checkout, once you have entered the country of delivery.

In which currency do payments take place

The prices visible on our Iguazu website are stated in Euros. These prices exclude possible duties and taxes which are either added or deducted at the checkout.

Iguazu is not responsible for any discrepancies in currency values or conversation rates that your bank or credit card company may use when purchasing from our website. Should you have questions concerning this, please contact your bank or credit card company, respectively.

How sustainable are Iguazu watches

The straps are made of upcycled leather from the fashion industry, so we are using leather that would otherwise have been discarded.

The watch face is made of high quality stainless steel, so there is no need for it to break down. With our lifetime warranty program we commit ourselves to ensuring our watches keep functioning for many ears to come.

Is my watch waterproof

Iguazu watches are waterproof up to 5ATM.This means they can be worn for swimming, but not diving.

Can you tell me more about the charities you have chosen to contribute to

We have chosen the Black Jaguar Foundation as our founding charity partner because its goals are very similar to those of our brand. It intends to create a 2600 km long biodiversity corridor in the north of Brazil. This enables the return of thusands of domestic species to their prior habitat, it ensures that the Araguia river, currently threatened with dehydration will have ample water flowing through it again and by means of the planting of over 2 billion trees it will make a srerious effort to offset global warming and climate change.

How much money do you contribute per watch

Per watch 10% of our profits go directly to the Black Jaguar Foundation. This enables the planting of at least three trees per watch.

How can I become active in supporting your charity

In the near future we intend to initiate local activities to help our charity partner. Sign up for our newsletter to stay posted. Also, don´t forget any effort you make can also make a difference so reconsider your current eating habits (eat less meat), your transportation habits ( bike/walk/take public transportation) and lifestyle (maybe just buy a new strap, not a whole new watch)
